Terms of Use

Welcome to [Larema / Larema Coffee House, Larema Wilson, and Larema Beverage Co.] (“Larema,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, online ordering pages, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1) Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your state/country) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and accept these Terms on its behalf.


2) Accounts & Security

Some features (e.g., saving favorites, placing orders) may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update any changes. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.


3) Orders, Pricing & Availability
  • Menus & Pricing. Menus, prices, taxes, and fees may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

  • Order Acceptance. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. We may cancel or adjust an order for reasons including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Payment. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including applicable taxes and fees.

  • Pickup/Delivery. Pickup and/or delivery windows are estimates. Delays can occur. Delivery may be fulfilled by third parties and subject to their terms.


4) Catering & Private Event Reservations
  • Requests & Quotes. Submitting a catering or event request form does not guarantee availability or pricing. We’ll confirm details and provide a quote in writing.

  • Deposits & Minimums. Some bookings require a deposit, minimum spend, or prepayment. Details will be provided in your confirmation.

  • Changes & Cancellations. Changes and cancellations must follow the timelines and terms stated in your confirmation; late changes may incur fees.

  • Use of Space. Private rentals must comply with our house rules and applicable laws (including occupancy limits and alcohol policies).


5) Gift Cards, Promotions & Loyalty

Gift cards, promo codes, and loyalty offers are subject to separate terms, have no cash value (unless required by law), and may be modified or discontinued at any time.


6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or infringe others’ rights;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services;

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated methods without permission;

  • Upload or transmit harmful code;

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.


7) Your Content & Feedback

If you submit reviews, messages, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Services and our business. You represent you have rights to your User Content and that it’s lawful and appropriate. We may remove content at our discretion.


8) Intellectual Property

All site content—text, images, logos, graphics, and code—is owned by or licensed to Larema and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, noncommercial use as allowed by law.


9) Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., online ordering, payments, delivery). Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.


10) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

12) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Services are free of harmful components.


13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larema and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the order or service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.


14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Larema and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.


15) Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you’ve violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.


16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Nash County / Edgecombe County / Wilson County], North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.Optional: You and we may agree to try informal resolution and/or mediation before filing in court.


17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
